• Workout progress — Completed exercises, routines, streaks, and achievements
• App preferences — Settings such as notification preferences

We use the locally stored information to:

• Personalize your stretching routines based on your goals and problem areas
• Track your progress and maintain your workout streaks
• Display your achievements

All personal data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted.

The App is rated 13+ and is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can:
