1.Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Limbr ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2.Description of Service

Limbr is a mobile application that provides guided stretching exercises and routines. The App includes an interactive body map to track your stretching progress, exercise library, and workout routines.

3.Subscription Terms

3.1 Free and Premium Features

The App offers both free features and premium subscription options. Premium subscriptions unlock access to all exercises, routines, and features.

3.2 Subscription Options

  • Weekly subscription
  • Annual subscription

3.3 Payment and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.5 Free Trial

If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4.Health Disclaimer

4.1 Not Medical Advice

The content provided in Limbr is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4.2 Consult a Professional

Before starting any exercise program, including stretching routines provided by the App, consult with a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.

4.3 Use at Your Own Risk

You use the App and perform exercises at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from using the App.

4.4 Stop If You Feel Pain

If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort while using the App, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

5.Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, illustrations, and software, is the property of Limbr and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Share your subscription with others
  • Use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service

7.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limbr and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9.Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

10.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
